Viva Voce!, a vocal ensemble that features music from various eras and genres, will perform a benefit concert for the Grove City Community Food Pantry at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tower Presbyterian Church on South Broad Street, Grove City.

The concert is free; however, money or canned food donations will be accepted to help the pantry.

"The people of Grove City have been very generous to the food pantry, and I am honored to be on its board," said Diana Walters, a soprano vocalist for Viva Voce!

"We thought this concert would be a fine way to express our thanks to our generous, greater community with the beautiful music of Verdi, Scarlatti, Bizet, Brahams and Mozart to benefit the food pantry,"  she said.

The concert will include solo, due, trio and quartet music. As a special feature, it will also include compositions written by Dr. Feruccio Germani of New Castle.  Besides Walters, the concert will also feature Grove City native Zachery Luchette, bass/baritone; Seth Gruber, tenor; and Paula Signorino-Richter, mezzo-soprano. Paula Kubik will perform on the piano and be assisted by Patricia Campbell.
