Grove City police• Clayton John Boyd, 41, of 321 College Ave., Grove City, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Sept. 15 on a warrant for failure to appear in court, police said.

• Anthony Beiter, 35, of 113 Gilmore Ave., Apt. 6, Grove City, was charged with making false reports and public intoxication after police were called to Memorial Park on Sept. 28 for a male who was yelling, screaming and acting dangerous, police said.

Police identified the man as Beiter, who was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine, police said.

• Mitchell A. Krnaich, 61, of 301 S. Broad St., was cited with public drunkenness after police found him passed out at 8:12 p.m. Sept. 14 in the parking lot of a business in the 200 block of West Main Street, police said.

Krnaich was picked up again by police on Sept. 27 when they received a call about a man passed out and intoxicated in the 200 block of West Main Street; he was cited with public drunkenness, police said.

• A Memorial Avenue resident filed an identity theft report after an unknown individual used his personal information to fraudulently apply for unemployment benefits, police said.

• Willliam Saunders, 54, of 1551 Lee Lane, Grove City, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a probation officer check at 12:33 p.m. Sept. 17, police said.

• Janatan O’Neill-Carino, 19, of Erie, was charged with underage drinking after the vehicle he was riding in was stopped for a DUI offense at 2 a.m. Oct. 3, police said.


Grove City police• Keegan Thomas Bartolone, 18, of 702 Spring St., Grove City; on 10:46 p.m. Sept. 10; also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, stop and yield signs violations and careless driving, police said.

• John David Cunningham, 51, of 810 Kocher Drive, Grove City; at 7:54 p.m. Sept. 9 on Liberty Street; also cited with illegible registration and expired registration, police said.

• Vincent E. Kisamore, 54, of 400 North St., Grove City; at 7:52 p.m. Sept. 7 on North Street; also cited with light and lane violations, police said.
