• A spaghetti dinner to benefit Landon Peterman will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at Copley (Ohio) High School, 3807 Ridgewood Road, Copley.

Landon, 7, is a son of Randy and Carrie Mc-Connell Peterman, both graduates of Commodore Perry High School, who now reside in Copley.

Landon had a malignant brain tumor removed on Dec. 17 and has a very long road of treatment ahead of him.

Landon is a grandson of Jeff and Nan Peterman and Larry and Debbie McConnell of the Clarks Mills/Hadley area. His great-grandparents are Carol Campbell, Pete and Kathy Shreffler and Dorothy McConnell, all of Greenville, and Connie Peterman of Hadley.

Minimum donation of $5 per person for dinner.

There will also be a basket raffle, and tickets will be $1 per ticket or six for $5. Checks to Randy or Carrie Peterman or cash only. If you are unable to attend but still wish to donate, send checks written to Randy or Carrie Peterman c/o PetermanBenefit, 4290 Scarlet Oak Drive, Copley, Ohio 44321.

All proceeds go directly to the Peterman family.
