The following events are upcoming at McConnell’s Mill State Park:
´´ Owl Prowl, 8:30 p.m. May 23. Bring a flashlight, wear sturdy shoes and meet in the Hell’s Hollow parking lot.
´´ Heart Hike, 4 p.m. May 25. The first in a series of five guided hikes this summer. Wear sturdy shoes and bring drinking water. Meet in the Kildoo Picnic Area.

Socialize over ice cream while supporting missions
Enjoy an old-fashioned ice cream social and support Center Presbyterian Church’s mission trip to South Dakota at the same time. The social is from 6 to 8 p.m. May 25.
The church is located at 333 Center Church Road, Grove City.
Get tickled by Hartman and friends at Grace
“Funny Faith,” featuring comedian Tim Hartman, will be presented by the youth of Grace United Methodist Church, 210 S. Broad St., Grove City, at 7 p.m. May 30.
The night of laughter will also bring contemporary music by Chester and the Chicklets and JaHanDa Ministries. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets for the concert will be $10 for adults, $5 for students 12 and up, and free for kids 11 and under. Call 724-967-2540 for more information.
Join community planting of Rock Memorial Park
At 8 a.m. May 31, volunteers will plant this year’s garden in Slippery Rock Memorial Park, on Main Street.
