2008 book discussions planned at Grove City Library
Grove City Community Library will host a series of book discussions in 2008.
In the selected collection of novels, participants will meet characters whose decisions and actions create pivotal moments that affect and haunt their lives and lives of those around them. Eileen Master will lead the discussions, which are from 6:30 to 8 p.m. the following dates:
* Jan. 10: “The Memory Keeper’s Daughter” by Kim Edwards
* Feb. 21: “Water for Elephants” by Sara Gruen
* March 13: “The Mermaid’s Chair” by Sue Monk Kidd
* April 10: “Saturday” by Ian McEwan
* May 8: “The Tenth Circle” by Jodi Picoult
* June 12: “No Country for Old Men” by Cormac McCarthy

Discover a world of trolls, faeries, at GC Library
At 6:30 p.m. Jan. 11, Grove City Community Library will host a Spiderwick Chronicles night, based on the books by Holly Black and Tony Terlizzi. A movie based on the books will also arrive in theaters in February.
