CHICO, Calif. —
Dennis A. Bromley, formerly of Stoneboro, passed away of natural causes in Chico, Calif., on June 22, 2012. He was 73.
Mr. Bromley was born Feb. 20, 1939 in Sharon to Norman R. and R. Imogene "Jean" Wehr Bromley.
He was a 1957 graduate of Lakeview High School.
A veteran, after high school he enlisted in the Navy, for which he served for two years. He then moved to California in the early 1960s.
Mr. Bromley worked as a psych tech for Lanterman State Hospital and retired in 1992 after 28 years of service.
He enjoyed spending time with is family and would travel back home to Pennsylvania at least once a year to visit and attend class reunions.
His wife, the former Maureen K. Dahlager, whom he married in 1975, survives.
Also surviving are: a daughter, Erinn Bromley, Keaau, Hawaii; two sons, Kevin Bromley and Erik Bromley, both Fort Worth, Texas; six grandchildren; and a sister-in-law Linda Tindall, Stoneboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Chad Bromley; and a brother, Reed Bromley.
Services and interment were held in Chico, Calif.
