GREENVILLE — Cynthia A. Noble, of 36 Alan Ave., Greenville, passed away after an extended illness at 1:46 p.m. Sunday (2-23-14) at her residence. She was 57.

She was born in Grove City on Jan. 14, 1957, to the late Leslie James and Bonnie Lou Hinkle Anderson.

Cynthia was currently attending the First Baptist Church of Greenville. She was a member of the Italian Home Club, Greenville. She was a former member of ABATE. When her son was in a war zone overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom she was a Blue Star Mother, which she received from the American Legion.

She attended Victory Joint High School in Franklin and would have been in the class of 1975. In 2005, she finished school and was awarded her GED. Her employment included baking cakes in the Giant Eagle Bakery, managing Sheetz, and sales at Auto Zone and Country Fair, all in Greenville.

Cynthia liked woodworking, refinishing furniture and spending time in her rock and flowerbeds. She enjoyed participating in the Greenville Relay for Life every year. She was an animal lover, who considered her dogs to be her children. She loved her grandkids, dogs and church family. She enjoyed family functions. She was always late for everything. She liked all kinds of music and dancing.

She was an artist who loved to paint and write poetry. She was a Tony Stewart and a NASCAR fan. She was very proud of what her children and grandchildren have accomplished. She had a heart of gold, who always saw the good in everyone, never judged and sacrificed whenever she could.

In addition to her parents, Cynthia was preceded in death by an infant brother, Lester J. Anderson; a sister, Linda S. Weaver; her father-in-law William "The Big Sweep" Stanley Sr. and her Jack Russell "Wimpy."

She is survived by her fiance at home, William "Billy" Stanley Jr. They started dating in November 1995. Also surviving are five children, Brian K. Anderson and his wife Marie E., Greenville; Jeremy L. Anderson and his wife Valerie R., Greenville; Miranda K. Frey and her husband George R., Greenville; Barry A. Noble Jr. and his wife Marlena Baun, Atlantic and Chad Noble and his significant other, Greenville. Also, five Jack Russells, Waldo, Wendy, Winny, Wyner and Wooper; a sister Donna L. Miller and her husband Timothy, Grove City; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; a mother-in-law Martha Stanley, Meadville; two sister-in-laws Barbara Roth, Florida and Amy Frantz, Greenville; and a brother-in-law Jeff Stanley, Louisiana.

Calling hours: Were Wednesday (2-26-14) in OSBORNE-WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES Inc., 73-75 Columbia Ave., Greenville, and noon to time of service Thursday (2-27-14) in First Baptist Church Inc., 60 Shenango St., Greenville.

Service: Funeral and committal services were Thursday (2-27-14) at the church with Rev. David Cox, pastor, officiating.

Burial: Stevenson Cemetery, Salem Township.
