KNOX, Pa. —
Patrick "Pat" J. Puckly Sr., a Grove City resident since 1973, passed away at 9:14 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2013, in his daughter's residence in Knox, Pa., after a lengthy illness. He was 61.
Mr. Puckly was born Aug. 18, 1951, in Erie to Constantine E. Puckly Jr. and Genevieve A. Kowalewski Puckly.
Pat was a car salesman locally in the automobile business.
He was a member of Church of the Beloved Disciple, Grove City.
Pat also belonged to Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1895 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 519, both Grove City. He formerly enjoyed golfing.
Pat was formerly married to Constance "Connie" Meehan Puckly.
Surviving are: four children, Patrick J. Puckly Jr., League City, Texas; Michelle M. "Shelly" Wade and her husband Jim, Grove City; Christine "Chrissy" A. Chambers and her husband Chris, Knox; and Michael "Mikey" J. Puckly, Ambridge; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Marie Pietsch, Erie; and Rebecca Schultz and her husband Roger, Collierville, Tenn.; and a brother, Constantine "Con" Puckly III, Erie.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Service: Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Thursday (6-6-13) in Church of the Beloved Disciple, 1310 S. Center St. Ext., Pine Township, with the Rev. Daniel Mulcahy as celebrant.
