Grove City woman worked for Ariz. microchip firm

GROVE CITY — Margaret Elizabeth McNeish of Grove City, formerly of Mesa, Ariz., passed away in the early morning on Saturday (12-28-13) in Orchard Manor, Grove City. She was 71.

She was born in Pittsburgh on Feb. 10, 1942 to William Clair Berthold and Anna Louise Koenig Berthold. She was a resident of Arizona from 1974 until 2006.

She married Richard James McNeish II on June 14, 1958. He preceded her in death on April 24, 2006.

She worked for Microchip in Arizona in the manufacturing and assembling of microchips.

She was a member of the Grove City American Legion and she enjoyed fishing, camping, crocheting and playing bingo.

She is survived by: two sons, Richard James McNeish III and his wife Vicki, Apache Junction, Ariz.; Michael Eugene McNeish, Slippery Rock; two sisters, Donna L. Kohlmeyer and her husband Harold "Butch", Grove City; Kathy J. Berthold, Grove City; four grandchildren, Casey, Cody, Tiffany and Justin; eight great-grandchildren and nine nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Karoline Shelatree and a nephew, William Shelatree.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Service: Funeral service was Monday in the funeral home.
