JACKSON CENTER — Frank William Belohlavek, Jackson Center, went home to be with his eternal Father on Thursday, March 28, 2013.

He was born on the north side of Pittsburgh to Andrew and Elizabeth Seib Belohlavek.

Frank was a long-time employee of Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co., and was co-owner and director of the Pittsburgh Floral Academy with his wife, Sara.

He was a beloved and devoted husband for 23 years to Sara Blair Belohlavek; father to Dawn Michelle Campbell, (who died 1-31-11); Tracy Lynn Salsi, wife of Scott; and Bruce Belohlavek.

Frank was a loving second father to Jon Blair; and Holly Walter, wife of Ed; grandpa to his very much-loved grandchildren, Ashley Lynn and Kaylee Nicole Belohlavek; and Joshua, Logan and E.J. Walter; brother to Andrew Belohlavek and Elizabeth "Betty" Kimmell; and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert; and two sisters, Caroline Nesz and Deloras Shivley.

Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's memory to Calvary United Methodist Church, 971 Beech Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa. 15233.

Service: Funeral was Saturday (3-30-13) in the Calvary United Methodist Church, 971 Beech Ave., Pittsburgh, 15233.

Burial: Entombment in the church columbarium.
