GROVE CITY —
The Main Street Diner, 1313 W. Main St., Grove City, is not going out of business nor is it in the middle of a foreclosure, despite several real estate websites that had listed such information - and a photo of the building - in regards to the family restaurant that’s been around for nearly 18 years. Owner Bill Neofotistos said a tax lien against someone with no ties to the business mistakenly listed the restaurant’s address as the property in question. He looked into the issue about three or four months ago when customers started to ask if the diner was closing. It took a few tries to find the right people behind the websites, but Neofotistos believes all of the erroneous information has been removed. He and his family and staff want to assure customers that the eatery is doing well and business is good.
